By accessing or using KidAI, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions and any additional guidelines we may publish from time to time.

2. Intended users

KidAI is designed for students from Class 6–10, and all purchases or registrations must be made by a parent or legal guardian who is 18 years or older.

3. Nature of service

KidAI currently provides an AI Readiness assessment and related content for informational and educational purposes only. It does not guarantee any exam results, job offers, scholarships or admissions.

4. Use of content

All content, designs and materials on this site are owned by or licensed to KidAI. You agree not to copy, resell or redistribute our content without written permission.

5. Changes to services

We may update, modify or discontinue parts of the website or assessment features at any time to improve the experience.

6. Limitation of liability

While we strive to provide accurate and useful insights, KidAI is not responsible for decisions you take based on the assessment report. The test is meant as guidance, not as a final judgement of your child’s ability.
