Simple and transparent guidelines for refunds.
1. Digital nature of the service
KidAI currently offers a digital assessment and report. Once the test is taken or a report is generated, the service is considered delivered.
2. When refunds may be considered
Refunds may be considered only in special cases, such as duplicate payment or technical issues where your child could not access the test despite valid payment.
3. How to request a refund
To request a refund, email support@kidai.in with:
- Parent name
- Registered email / phone number
- Date and mode of payment
- Reason for refund request
4. Processing time
Eligible refunds, if approved, will be processed within 7–10 working days to the original payment method, subject to your bank or payment gateway timelines.
